On Oct. 11, TSCRA put out an alert seeking information on the thefts. Further investigations found sale records from Oct. 10 that indicated 10 head of cattle sold by Allen matched the description of the stolen cattle. The sold cattle have since been located and were positively identified as part of those cattle stolen.
Perrier says the investigation into the thefts is ongoing with Allen as a focus. Additional charges and arrests for the theft of the cattle are expected in the coming weeks. Perrier encourages anyone with information on the thefts or possible location of the remaining missing cattle to contact him at 918-275-4257.
Allen was arraigned and released today on a $5,000 bond.
