Electrical Inspectors To Hold Annual Conference In Tulsa

The 81st annual IAEI Southern Section meeting and Code Conference will be held in Tulsa Oct. 11-14.

The conference is designed for electrical inspectors and those needing continuing education units. The event will be hald at the Renaissance Hote and Convention center. For more information, visit www.iaei.org/southern.

IAEI educational sessions include interactive classrooms with industry experts and NEC code panelists. The classes include: Short-Circuit Current & the NEC; Emergency Power System Protection; Where Utility Supply & Premises Wiring Meet; Code Panel Discussions. The Code Panel Discussions are on a variety of NEC topics.

The IAEI Southern Section includes Oklahoma, NC, VA, GA, TX, FL, SC, TN, LA, MS and AL. IAEI members include electrical and building inspectors, electrical contractors, engineers, utility engineers, testing laboratory inspectors and technicians, electrical equipment and component manufacturing specialists and more. Many proposals from the IAEI end up being adopted as Code.
