Killswitch Engage coming to the Cains.
Killswitch Engage will be at the historic Cain’s Ballroom Tuesday the 23rd.. According to their website, lead singer Howard Jones has taken a leave of absence for the remainder of the tour that ends in March. The band has issued the following statement; “It became overwhelmingly obvious to all of us around Howard that he is in no condition to be on tour right now and that he needed to get off the road and get himself better. It’s a personal matter and while we understand everyone’s curiosity and concern for Howard and the band, we appreciate everyone respecting Howard’s privacy at this time.”
Long time friend Phil Labonte of All That Remains is filling in for the remainder of the tour. KSE had considered cancelling the rest of the tour but due to the fans response at recent shows, they feel that the show must go on. For those that have already purchased tickets, refunds are available. But the band has said this tour will offer fans a unique way to see KSE that will never be seen again. The band has said they have the best fans in the world and they are so grateful to Phil for being able to fill in at this difficult time.
