Senator Inhofe With Wounded Warriors

Sen. Inhofe (R-Okla.) today met with Tulsa native SGT Gabriel Mashburn at the Bob O’Malley Wounded Warrior Reception in Washington, DC.  Mashburn was an honoree at the event for his service in the United States military.

The event was an outreach of the Wounded Warrior Project.  The mission of that effort is to honor and empower wounded warriors.  

The Wounded Warrior Project web site states their mission:

PURPOSE

* To raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of severely injured service men and women,
* To help severely injured service members aid and assist each other, and
* To provide unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of severely injured service members.
