Ozzy Osbourne with SLASH to fire up Tulsa
Tired of the snow? Is cabin fever driving you nuts? The solution: Thursday February 10 plan to put a little fire and brimstone in your musical enjoyment as multi-platinum Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Ozzy Osbourne and SLASH bring their high energy rock to downtown Tulsa.
In the midst of the first leg of his North American arena tour, Osbourne with SLASH opening, will play Tulsa’s downtown arena in a Live Nation produced tour coinciding with the October 5 release of an expanded two-CD version of his latest album SCREAM on Epic Records. This “Tour Edition” package will feature seven bonus songs: a mix of previously unreleased tracks and live records. Epic Records has also issued a four-sided vinyl edition that includes five bonus tracks: the three aforementioned songs from the SCREAM sessions and the live version of “Let Me Hear You Scream,” along with the single version of “Life Won’t Wait” (the second single from the album).
Osbourne has recently completed a run of overseas festival appearances and headlining performances including his first-ever concert in Israel on September 28 in Tel Aviv and the Voodoo Experience festival Halloween weekend in New Orleans.

Iconic rock guitarist SLASH had a landmark 2010 and on tour with Ozzy Osbourne will be joined by bandmates Myles Kennedy (lead vocals), Bobby Schneck (rhythm guitar), Todd Kerns (bass) and Brent Fitz (drums), SLASH will pull songs from his first-ever true solo album, a certain selection of Guns N’ Roses tunes, a little Velvet Revolver and even some Snakepit gems.
In April, the guitarist and songwriter released the acclaimed SLASH which debuted on the Billboard Top 200 chart at #3 (#1 on the Rock chart, #1 on the Independent chart, and #1 on the Hard Music chart). Digitally, the album also became the #1 overall digital album and hit #1 on iTunes in 13 countries. The 14-song disc features collaborations with some of rock music’s most celebrated vocalists Ozzy Osbourne, Iggy Pop, Ian Astbury, Lemmy Kilmister, Chris Cornell, Rocco DeLuca, Dave Grohl, Myles Kennedy, Kid Rock, Adam Levine of Maroon 5, Duff McKagan, M. Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold, and Andrew Stockdale of Wolfmother.
