The voice of Supertramp coming to Tulsa
Roger Hodgson, the man who wrote some of rock music’s most successful songs and known as the iconic voice of Supertramp is coming to Tulsa on Feb. 28, when he will perform at The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa.

As the co-frontman of Supertramp from 1969 to 1983, Hodgson’s songwriting and vocal talents helped the band become a global phenomenon that has sold more than 60 million albums, to date.
The band’s biggest hit was the 1980 release “Breakfast in America,” which topped the charts for a year and featured the Hodgson-penned hits “The Logical Song,” “Take the Long Way Home” and the title track. The album sold more than 4 million copies in the US and has sold more than 20 million copies worldwide.
Other hit Supertramp songs written by the British singer/songwriter include “Dreamer,” “Give a Little Bit,” “It’s Raining Again,” and “Take the Long Way Home.”
Since leaving the band, Hodgson has built a successful solo career that included a 2007 performance at the Concert for Diana at Wembley Stadium, where he played some of the late princess’s favorite songs in front of an audience of 65,000.
Hodgson has recently released the popular DVD “Take the Long Way Home – Live in Montreal,” and the live compilation “Classics Live,” which features 10 of his biggest hits recorded during his 2010 world tour.
