Benefit concert this Friday for Adalyn Grace Statum
SpiritBank Event Center, in partnership with Shamrock Communications, Savastano’s Pizzeria and Roadwork Entertainment, have joined to create a benefit concert for Adalyn Grace Statum this Friday, September 21 at 7 p.m. Adalyn was born June 7th at St. Francis Children's Hospital with a major heart defect and she remains in critical care to this day. Adalyn was diagnosed with Transposition of the Greater Vessels and a ventricular septal defect (a hole in the heart).
Tickets for this event are free with a suggested donation of $5. Tickets will be available at the door the day of the event. The David Dover Band, Sextion 8 and two Edge Homegrown Bands will be performing live at SBEC. A silent auction and pool tournament will be hosted along with outdoor entertainment at Savastano’s Pizzeria starting at 7 p.m. Auction items will include but not limited to autographed memorabilia, concert tickets, sporting event tickets and much more.
Adalyn has had two surgeries including open-heart surgery to repair the vessels. She has also had a cardiac catherization and insertion of 2 stents to help relieve her pulmonary hypertension. The surgeries went well, but her recovery has been challenging. The money raised from this event will go directly back to the Statum family to help pay for continued medical care.
The Regal Plaza, located in South Tulsa, was created in 2008. Regal Plaza, which is comprised of 119,000 square feet of shopping, restaurants and hotels and is also home to the SpiritBank Event Center.
