Bill Cosby's tour is coming to Tulsa looking for your best giggle June 17 at the Tulsa Zoo. The Hello JELL-O “Give it a Giggle” Tour, which features a mobile recording studio, is crisscrossing the country in 22 cities this summer in search of the best giggles. Contestants audition to have their giggle selected by Cosby and then to be featured in a national TV spot.
