The Tulsa Transportation Advisory Board will hold five public meetings through the end of the year. Each will feature a presentation by James Wagner, Senior Transportation Planner at the Indian Nations Council of Governments (INCOG) regarding the recently completed Fast Forward Regional Transit System Plan.
