Prominent Republican Katie Henke filed yesterday to fill the Oklahoma House District 71 Seat representing the Brookside area of Tulsa. That seat was vacated December 1 by former-Republican Floor Leader Dan Sullivan. Sullivan accepted the position as executive director of the Grand River Dam Authority.
