Oklahoma’s Legislature has been busy this week. Bill have progressed; banning state agencies from hiring lobbyists, prohibiting sex offenders from operating Ice Cream Trucks, cutting taxes for students, commemorating the capitol, expanding the DNA database, and lowering the legal limit for boating under the influence.
