Voters will go to the polls Tuesday for the April 5, 2016 City of Bixby Special Utility Franchise Election and City of Collinsville, City of Glenpool, City of Jenks, City of Owasso, City of Sapulpa and City of Tulsa Special Elections, as well as the Tulsa County Sheriff Special General and Special Proposition Elections, Tulsa County Election Board Secretary Patty Bryant said today.
